Frank Brangwyn illustrated Les Campagnes Hallucinées, by Emile Verhaeren, with 43 woodcuts in the text and 7 lithographic prints separate from the text. 290 copies were printed, of which 25 were on Imperial Japanese paper.
This print is from the text (the reverse has part of page 28 printed), and a pencil note bottom left says that it is number 22 of 25. This print is on of the 43 woodcut headpieces.
