This is a very accomplished piece of printmaking of a popular architectural delight in Norfolk, made more famous by some other famous printmakers such as John Piper.
Hallett is clearly influenced by these earlier prints, but he uses his own technique of etching with added aquatint in colours.
Signed in pencil lower right by the artist who has also numbered it 22 of an edition of 150 and titled it Binham Priory. The print dates to about 1990.
